Disliking Facebook

A new survey shows fewer people are "liking" Facebook -- especially when it comes to customer satisfaction.  

According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Facebook is ranked 61 out of 100 when it comes to customer satisfaction -- setting a new record low in the social media category. Facebook is also in the bottom five of more than 230 companies measured in the index.  

The ACSI says the presence of ads, privacy concerns and changes to its timelines impacted the ranking.
