A 29-year-old Rochester man has been charged with a murder from February.

Raymond Steed is accused of killing 60-year-old Michael Loudermilk. The body was found in an apartment at Plymouth Garden Apartments on South Plymouth Avenue in late February.

Police had initially labeled it a suspicious death but now it's a homicide.

In court Wednesday, Steed pleaded not guilty.

He's being held without bail at the Monroe County Jail and is due back in court September 12.
