News10NBC is excited to announce a new addition to its news team .

Don Hudson, award-winning television reporter and anchor, will join the News10NBC team as an anchor and reporter starting in late September.

Hudson has had an extensive anchor and reporting career, which has taken him across the U.S. from Washington, D.C. to Salt Lake City, Utah.  Hudson is currently an anchor and reporter at KTVX (ABC) in Salt Lake City.  Hudson is an Emmy Award-winning reporter and has covered several major stories. He was one of the first people on the air after terrorists slammed a plane into the Pentagon. He was part of a news team that won national and regional Edward R. Murrow awards.

Hudson is a graduate of Brigham Young University. Hudson and his wife have three sons.

Hudson's addition to News10NBC follows the announcement in June that veteran news anchor Rich Funke will retire at the end of the year.
