Judge: Man who stripped at airport not guilty

An Oregon man kept his clothes on when he went through court security on his way to his trial, unlike the episode that got him there: stripping at Portland's airport to protest security measures he found invasive.
 
John Brennan, of Portland, was found not guilty Wednesday in his trial on charges of indecent exposure. A judge found that his nudity was an act of protected speech.
 
Brennan says he went nude at the airport on April 17 to protest the Transportation Security Administration's security procedures.
 
After a TSA agent at the airport detected nitrates, Brennan took of his clothes.
 
A Multnomah County prosecutor said if Brennan's actions are considered protected by the First Amendment, then anyone who is arrested while nude can also claim that their actions are a protest.
