Three men charged with unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine

Three men are facing charges in Seneca County after police say they were driving around with a meth lab in their car.

Police say 24-year-old Joshua Norcott, 24-year-old Jonathan Molina and 26-year-old Nhoy Khounpachamsy are all charged with unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine.
According to sheriff's deputies, the three were arrested during a routine traffic stop.

Police detected the smell of marijuana and decided to search the car. Police believe the three were taking the chemicals to a remote location to make the methamphetamine.
