Rochester man found not guilty of criminally negligent homicide

A Rochester man, charged with criminally negligent homicide in the death of his brother-in-law, was found not guilty last week.

Police say Ollie Porchea was involved in a fight with Jerry Lee Maxwell at a family barbecue in the summer of 2011. Maxwell died from a head injury. His neck was also broken during the fight.

Porchea received the not guilty verdict on Friday.
