Greece bus monitor receives award

nullFriday night, Karen Klein, the former Greece bus monitor who rose to national fame after video of her getting bullied went viral was honored at the Autism Council of Rochester's Annual Gala. Klein received the "Unsung Hero" award during the event at Jack's Place at Durand Eastman Golf Course.

Aside from Klein, another local celebrity was on hand for the event. Jason McElwain, better known by his nickname J-Mac, and his high school coach Jim Johnson were also there for the event. J-Mac also made national headlines after his amazing performance during his only high school basketball game. J-Mac was also honored at Friday night's event and Johnson spoke at Friday's ceremony.
