A local medical facility is among the centers that received tainted steroid shots.

The Rochester Brain and Spine was one of the places to receive shipments of a steroid suspected in the outbreak.

All the batches with concern have been pulled.

The steroid was used in injections for back pain.

The outbreak of fungal meningitis has killed 5 people across the country. There have been 47 cases so far in 7 states.
