Rochester man pleads not guilty to murder of teen on Flower Street

A Rochester man accused of shooting and killing a Rochester teen pled not guilty in court.

Domenick Lee Johnson is charged with one count of murder, two counts of robbery and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. He pleaded not guilty to the charges in court Tuesday.

Police say Malcolm McFarland, 18, who was not involved in the robbery, was shot and killed on Flower Street in September when he responded with others to the sound of gunfire. Police say Johnson and McFarland were acquaintances.
