Three men were charged Wednesday, Oct. 24, by Ontario County sheriff’s deputies with third-degree burglary.
Marcis A. Worboys, 19, of 154 State St., Manchester; Zachary Gallagher, 21, of 1035 Stafford Road, Manchester; and Michael Gallagher, 23, of 424 East Main St., Apt. 2R, Palmyra, allegedly stole items to be sold as scrap metal from vacant buildings on State Street in Manchester on Sept. 24, deputies said.
They were arraigned in Manchester Town Court and sent to the Ontario County Jail on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 insurance bond.
