Two injured in explosion at NY apartment complex

Two tenants have suffered non-life threatening injuries in an explosion at an apartment complex in Alfred.
    
The Buffalo News reports that the explosion happened around 5:10 p.m. Sunday at The Rose Apartments, which has 40 one-bedroom units.
    
Police and firefighters from Alfred and surrounding communities responded to the scene.
    
Officials are still investigating.
