Police ID teen shot on Arnett Boulevard

A Rochester teen is recovering after being shot on Arnett Boulevard.

Rochester Police tell News10NBC the victim, 16-year-old Emmanuel Feaster, was walking on Arnett Boulevard around 8:40 p.m. when he heard a popping sound. The victim realized he was shot and went to St Mary’s Hospital for treatment.

Police are looking to speak with anyone who may have more information about this shooting.

News10NBC is told Feaster suffered non-life threatening injuries.
