Officers from Livingston County honored for work to stop drunk driving

A statewide Stop DWI campaign kicked off Thursday and now two officers from Livingston County are being honored for their work to stop drunk driving.
Deputy Michael Wade of the Livingston County Sheriff's Office and Officer John Jordan of the Avon Police Department received their awards in Schenectady this week.
A total of 22 awards were handed out by the Stop DWI Foundation and Mothers Against Drunk Driving. All of this to recognize officers across the state who have excelled in enforcement and education efforts to reduce drinking and driving.
