Friday is National Adoption Day

It’s a special day for people across the country who are waiting to officially bring a new member into their family. Friday is National Adoption Day.
It raises awareness about the thousands of children in foster homes, waiting to find permanent, loving homes.
There will be a ceremony at 10:30 a.m. at the Hall of Justice in Rochester to finalize the adoption process for several families.
The ceremony is open to the public.
