Friday night, friends gathered to remember a man who police say died after leaving Ralph Wilson Stadium Thursday.
Investigators say 26-year-old David Gerken Jr. attended the game with his younger brother, but was ejected from the stadium during half time.
Police say he was found face down in a nearby creek Friday morning.
Gerken's friends celebrated his life at a concert at the Dubland Underground in Rochester. A band dedicated their performance to Gerken at the club. His girlfriend, Brittany Zonneville was at the performance. She told News10NBC Gerken had a huge impact on her life.
"He was possibly the greatest man I ever met," says Zonneville."He took my life from a low point to a very high point."
Ribbons were sold at the show in Gerken's honor. Friends tell News10NBC all money raised at the show will go to assist the Gerken family.
