Police: Canandaigua man videotaped teen getting out of the shower

A 39-year-old Canandaigua man has been arrested after police say he videotaped a 15-year-old female getting out of the shower in her home.

Scott Allen is charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance. He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
