Police ID two men shot on Concord Street

Two men were taken to Strong Hospital Monday night after a shooting on the city's northeast side.

The shooting happened just before 8 p.m. on Concord Street and Draper Street.

Rochester Police say two men, 37-year-old Charles Johnson and 47-year-old Anthony Sargent, were shot while standing near a home on Concord Street. They were taken to Strong Hospital with what police say are non-life threatening injuries.

Police do not have anyone in custody at this time.
