nullA Victor man accused of spitting on a Salvation Army bell-ringer at Eastview Mall was supposed to be in court Thursday but his case was adjourned until December.

The Salvation Army bell-ringer told sheriff's deputies that 57-year-old Bruce Littlejohn grabbed the kettle full of money, cornered her when she confronted him and then spit towards her face.

Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies charged Littlejohn with second-degree harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following the incident that happened on November 17.
