Is Dunkin’ Donuts coffee the best coffee in America?

You may think Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is the best around but the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office disagrees.

They have rejected the coffee chain's petition to trademark the phrase "Best Coffee in America" ruling that the slogan was not "distinctive enough to qualify for protection."

Dunkin' Donuts has 2,600 stores around the world and sells 1.5-billion cups of coffee a year.
