Deputies: Man stole property from Darien Lake Theme Park

A 40-year-old Batavia man is facing charges after sheriff’s deputies say he stole from Darien Lake Theme Park.

John Thomas Jaccoud is charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Genesee County Sheriff's Deputies say the property theft occurred while Jaccoud was employed at the park.

He is due in court on December 11 to answer to the charges.
