Police: 13-year-old arrested after stealing car

State police say a 13-year-old boy is being held at a juvenile detention center in Rochester after he left a group home and drove off in a stolen car.
 
Troopers say they tried to stop the car on Interstate 86 in the Southern Tier early Sunday but the boy refused to pull over. He was eventually stopped and taken into custody in the Chemung County town of Big Flats.
 
The boy had been staying at a group home in Bath before the incident. He's being held at the Rochester Children's Center under orders of the Chemung County Family Court.
