Warsaw man charged with possessing child porn

A 47-year-old Warsaw man has been arrested for possession of child porn.
Deputies in Wyoming County tell News10NBC they went to the home of Russell Bly to execute a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine. While deputies were at Bly’s home, they say they saw an inappropriate image of a female child on Bly’s computer.
After a search warrant was executed, deputies say they found 45 images of child porn on Bly’s computer.
He is charged with possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child and possession of a sexual performance by a child.
Bly was arraigned and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. He is due in court at a later date to answer to the charges.
