NY wines celebrate good year

New York wine makers are celebrating what they call one of their best years ever.

State wines were awarded more than 500 gold medals and 80 double gold medals in international competitions this year. Four dozen New York wines were also given high ratings in major wine consumer magazines, including Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator and Wine and Spirits.
