Officials cut ribbon on new Rochester sushi restaurant

A new sushi restaurant opened in Rochester on Wednesday.

Banzai Sushi and Cocktail Bar is located on South Avenue near Gregory Street.

The official ribbon cutting took place during a ceremony at 10:30 a.m.

The restaurant specializes in sushi and Dim Sum, or Asian appetizers.

Banzai Sushi is open Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.
