Candlelight vigil to be held for four West Webster firefighters

A post-Christmas celebration scheduled in the village of Webster will take on a new meaning in the wake of Monday's tragedy where four West Webster firefighters were shot. 

The Wren Day celebration originally scheduled for Barry's Old School Irish Pub & Bakery in the village of Webster will proceed as planned, but will be preceded by a candlelight vigil on the sidewalks surrounding the pub. The candlelight vigil will begin at 7 pm at Barry's Old School Irish Pub & Bakery on West Main Street in the village of Webster. After the vigil, the celebration will continue inside the pub with live Irish entertainment and snacks. Donations to benefit the fallen firefighters and their families will be collected all evening.
