He was charged with rape and while he was free on bail in November, police say he attacked two other women.
On Wednesday, Michael Chess of Irondequoit pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree rape, third-degree robbery, two counts of menacing, and petit larceny.
News10NBC is told there are four new victims in this indictment all of whom where contacted on Backpage.com.
The district Attorney’s Office has filed a motion for consolidation with the previous indictment (a total of seven victims) which will be heard by a judge February 27.
Chess was previously accused of robbing two women he met online. He is also charged with raping and robbing three other women last year. Investigators believe there are more victims.
