Last week, Casa Larga vineyard workers began harvesting frozen grapes for ice wine.

Casa Larga tells News10NBC over the course of six hours, nearly 2.5-tons of grapes were harvested and immediately pressed. The juice pressed out will take three months to age and customers won’t see it on shelves for at least two years.

Casa Larga Vineyards calls this year’s ice wine harvest a success.
