Rochester man charged with burglary, resisting arrest

A 50-year-old Rochester man has been charged with burglary, criminal mischief, petit larceny, possession of burglar’s tools and resisting arrest.

Police say they saw Charles Stallworth inside School No. 6 on Upper Falls Boulevard around 11 p.m. Thursday. Officers chased him out of the building and he was taken into custody.

Investigators say Stallworth was in possession of copper piping.
