Head-on crash on Parsells Avenue

Rochester Police are investigating a head-on crash on Parsells Avenue. It happened just before 1 a.m. Monday near Stout Street.

Police say there was one person in each vehicle and they were not seriously hurt.

There is no word on what led up to the crash or if anyone will be ticketed.
