Smaller withdrawals at some ATMs

Bigger is usually better, but sometimes small is all you want when withdrawing money.  
 
JPMorgan Chase and PNC banks are rolling out a new generation of automated teller machines which can spit out $5 or even $1. They will also give out $20s, $50s and $100.
 
Fees for the upgraded machines will be the same as those for using traditional ATMs.
