Concert of bells honors West Webster Firefighters

A concert of bells was held at the University of Rochester Wednesday night for the West Webster Firefighters...

The concert was a memorial to the two firefighters who lost their lives on Christmas Eve.

A Captain of the West Webster Fire Department and a Warner School student, Nicki Ditch, lead the fireman's bell toll.

All of the songs played in the concert were themed on community support and peaceful activism.

Some of the songs played included “Imagine” by the Beatles and “My Country 'Tis of Thee.”

The concert was sponsored by University of Rochester's Music Department.
