A Rochester man was found guilty for the 2006 home invasion and rape of a woman on Ambrose Street in the city of Rochester.
Ronell McFadden, 35, was found guilty of rape and criminal sex act.
On May 3, 2006, McFadden forced his way into the woman's home where the woman and her baby were sleeping, threatened them both with a knife before raping her.
The woman was not able to get a clear look at her assailant, but a Combined DNA Index System hit later identified McFadden as the attacker after he was forced to submit a DNA sample following an arrest on another charge.
McFadden will be sentenced on March 7. He faces 25 years for each charge against him, for a possible sentence of 50 years in prison.
