According to Ontario County District Attorney Michael Tantillo, the results of the Ontario County Grand Jury proceeding involving the woman charged with murdering her husband will be made public next Friday February 8 in Ontario County Court.
Rose Chase, 31, of Stanley is charged with second degree murder in the death of her husband, Adam Chase. Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies say Chase pushed her husband down two flights of stairs at their home in Stanley and brought his remains to her mother's house in Potter, Yates County. Adam Chase was reported missing in June, but his remains were not discovered until December.
