During the Super Bowl weekend, state police say they arrested four people who sold alcohol to underage customers.
The 18-year-old minors were working undercover with troopers when they were sold alcohol.
Kevin Davidson, 21, Aaron Billups, 24, Jacquelyn Lickfield, 23, and Charles Parsons, 48, were charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.
Davidson, Lickfield and Parsons all worked in shops located in Henrietta. Billups worked in Rochester.
They have been issued appearance tickets to the Town of Henrietta Court for a later date.
