Henrietta man accused of touching young girls feet to appear in court Thursday

The man accused of fondling the feet of young girls at the Penfield library will be back in front of a judge Thursday.

Anthony Perri of Henrietta is charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

The hearing begins at 2 p.m. and it’s for lawyers to argue motions in the case.

Over the summer, Perri claimed he was set up and that President Obama was after him. A judge ordered him to undergo medical treatment and supervision and in December, he was deemed competent to stand trial.
