Lean Cuisine recalls ravioli meal after receiving reports of glass fragments

Nestle is recalling more than half a million Lean Cuisine Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli meals after some consumers reported they'd found glass fragments in the product. The meals affected have a "best before" date of December 2013.
 
Consumers can receive a coupon for a replacement product by contacting Nestle Customer Service at 866-586-9424.
