First responders participate in specialized training program

Firefighters, police officers and emergency responders in our area took part in an emergency training seminar Tuesday. 

The training showed them how to best prepare for and respond when one of their own is killed or seriously injured in the line of duty.

The seminar was held all day at the Livingston County Training Center on Mount Morris. Organizers started off the seminar with a moment of silence for the West Webster firefighters who died on Christmas Eve.
