Traffic stop leads to weapons charges for Rochester man

A Rochester man is facing drug and weapons charges following a traffic stop in Rochester.

Police tell News10NBC officers stopped a vehicle on Lyell Avenue just before 5 a.m. Friday for a traffic violation. During an investigation, police say they learned Shane Manning’s license was suspended and he had a loaded handgun and marijuana inside the vehicle.

Manning was issued traffic tickets and charged with criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of marijuana.
