Free haircuts help kids "Cut the Violence"

Kids will be able to get a free haircut at a "Cut the Violence" event Monday.

The event is hosted by Monroe County Legislator Willie Joe Lightfoot and will run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on February 25 at the Nuevo Imagen Barbershop on Norton Street.
 
Kids ages 10 to 18, accompanied by a parent or guardian, will be able to receive a free haircut.

The Pirate Toy Fund will also be providing toys for the kids who attend.
