Byron man charged with DWI after crash in Chili

A 24-year-old Byron man has been arrested following an early morning crash in Chili.

Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies say Lucas Fuhry was westbound on Chili Avenue when he went off the north side of the road, hit a tree and flipped. It happened around 1:30 a.m.

Fuhry was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. He is charged with felony DWI.
