United Airlines has a way to cut the time it takes to get through the airport, but it will cost you.
The world's largest airline now offers something it calls premier access. For a minimum $9, customers can purchase, where available, access to expedited check-in and security checkpoint lanes along with priority boarding,
United says it will limit the number of people who can purchase the benefit to ensure its elite fliers don't get held-up.
Airlines such as JetBlue and Southwest, already offer a faster security check point option.
