Rochester Police Chief James Sheppard will be hosting the next “Shop Talk” this afternoon from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Visions Barbershop on Thurston Road.
During the “Shop Talk”, Chief Sheppard will have conversations with young men in the community to give them a chance to voice their opinions in an open forum.
The event is hosted Keith Warren and is free and open to the public.
