Xerox sells Xerox tower complex

News10NBC has learned that Xerox has sold the Xerox tower complex to Buckingham Properties and has also reached a long-term lease agreement that will allow them to stay in the building and in downtown Rochester.
Xerox officials chose Buckingham Properties because it has established a good reputation for managing and redeveloping local properties like Genesee Hospital, the Schlegel facility and others.
Xerox will not disclose the terms of the deal.
