It’s another step forward for a big project on Hudson and Titus Avenues in Irondequoit.
On Tuesday, the County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency (COMIDA) Tuesday approved a $9,900,000 lease/leaseback and custom abatement for developers of I-Square.
The I-Square project plans to bring new shops, restaurants and community space to Irondequoit.
