Could a new luxury apartment complex be coming to downtown Rochester?
According to our news partners at the Rochester Business Journal, a new $20 million complex would go along South Avenue behind Dinosaur Barbecue and would overlook the Genesee River.
Morgan Management, a local real estate group, has plans to buy that land and buy a three story W-shaped building with one and two bedroom units and underground parking.
Formal applications are expected to be ready for the city to approve in about two weeks.
