Court documents reveal chilling new details about an Ontario County woman accused of killing her husband.
According to our news partners at the Messenger Post, Rose Chase admitted to burning her husband's body. But the court documents also revealed that Rose told investigators her husband accidentally fell down the stairs.
She is charged with second-degree murder, tampering with evidence and endangering the welfare of a child.
Adam Chase was reported missing in June. Investigators found his remains in December on his mother-in-law's property in Yates County. His family suspected foul play from the beginning.
