Researchers say an unhealthy compound found in red meat has also been detected in energy drinks.
The compound is called carnitine and a new study from the Cleveland Clinic says some energy drinks contain more carnitine than a porterhouse steak.
High levels can put you at risk for health problems and clogged arteries.
