A Victor teen has been ticketed after sheriff's deputies say he hosted an underage drinking party.
Sheriff’s Deputies say they responded to the home of 17-year-old James Peter Cowey for the report of an underage drinking party on April 7. Investigators say Cowey allowed several people under the age of 21 to drink alcohol in his house and in the backyard at a campfire.
Cowey was issued a ticket for violating Ontario County’s Social Host Law. He's due in Victor Town Court at a later date.
