A Nunda man was arrested after police say he threatened numerous people with a weapon in the village.

Livingston County Sheriff's Deputies say Aaron Dudley, 26, of Nunda confronted an associate at a construction site. They say he then left and returned moments later with a weapon.

Then investigators say Dudley ran his car into a piece of construction equipment and then got out of his car, ran towards people at the construction site and waived a rifle. Investigators say he then ran through the Nunda Fire Department and then entered Nunda Lumber where he pointed the weapon at several people inside the store.

News10NBC was told Dudley threatened an officer before he surrendered the rifle and was taken into custody.

Right now, he's being charged with menacing a police officer. He was sent to the Livingston County Jail on $25,000 bail. Sheriff's Deputies say additional charges may follow.
