A 52-year-old dentist at Naples Valley Dental has been charged with falsifying business records, a felony.
Police say Dr. Ihab Soliman of Pittsford repeatedly entered the dental practice’s computer system and made changes to the billing system so that he would be compensated more in his paycheck. Troopers say once he was paid, he would go back into the system and change the billing system back to cover his crime. Further charges are pending.
Soliman is currently being held in the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail.
Police say no patients at Naples Valley Dental were improperly billed or overcharged.
